The structure of
high pressure roller mill
is mainly composed of the following parts. Two extrusion rollers 4, which are horizontally disposed and rotate synchronously, form an extrusion pair. Each extrusion roller has its own transmission device with the same structure. The energy is transmitted to the roller through the transmission system composed of universal coupling, hydraulic coupling, safety clutch and planetary gear reducer. The material enters the material cavity between the two rollers through an adjustable feeding device 2. The central automatic lubrication system provides grease to all bearing systems in the equipment. The control part of the high-pressure roller mill is mainly based on the signal provided by the test system. The equipment is monitored by the automatic control system. Its control can be divided into three control modes: machine side, field and central control.
