In order to make the ultra-fine mill run normally, the equipment maintenance and safe operation system should be formulated to ensure the long-term safe operation of the ultra-fine mill. At the same time, necessary maintenance tools, grease and corresponding accessories should be required. 2. When the roller device of the ultra-fine grinder is used for more than 500 hours, the rollers in the roller sleeve must be cleaned, the damaged parts should be replaced in time, and the refueling tools can be used by manual refueling pump. 3. Superfine grinder in the use of the process, there should be a fixed person in charge of supervision, operators must have a certain level of technical skills. Operators must be given necessary technical training before the installation of the ultra-fine mill so that they can understand the principle and performance of the ultra-fine mill and be familiar with the operating procedures. 4. After a period of use, the ultra-fine grinder should be overhauled. At the same time, the grinding roller grinding ring shovel cutter and other vulnerable parts are repaired and replaced. The connecting bolts and nuts should be carefully checked before and after the roller grinding device is used to see if there is loosening and whether the grease is enough.
