1. Users need to determine the type of roller and ring to be replaced. Only the matching type can ensure the working efficiency of Raymond mill and reduce the wear degree of roller and ring. The grinding ring of Raymond mill is conical, which is usually hammered out by hammering from the top. But because there is not enough space in the grinding chamber, the grinding ring needs to be divided into several segments by means of gas cutting, so that the waste grinding ring can be easily removed.

2. When installing the grinding ring, it is necessary to clean up the internal waste, so as to ensure that there is no residue on the inner wall of the duct. When the roller of Raymond mill is replaced, the method of gas cutting can not be used, so hammer is used to pound from bottom to top when replacing. Some equipment grinding roll and roller shaft seal is not good, leading to dust entry, so that the grinding roll and roller shaft rust, when this phenomenon occurs, can be baked with oxygen for five minutes, or oil drip into the crevice soaked for half an hour, so it is easy to disassemble.
