Pulse dust collector is the method of injecting compressed air to remove the dust adhering to the filter medium (bag or cartridge). According to the size of the dust collector, there may be several groups of pulse valves, which are controlled by the pulse controller or PLC. Each time, a group of pulse valves is opened to remove the dust of the bag or filter cartridge under its control. The other bags or filter cartridges work normally. After a period of time, the next group of pulse valves open. The next part of the dust collector is composed of ash hopper, upper box, middle box and lower box. The upper, middle and lower box are divided into chambers. When working, the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, and the coarse dust falls directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. The fine dust enters the middle and lower boxes upward with the air flow turning. The dust accumulates on the outside surface of the filter bag. The filtered gas enters the upper box body to the clean air collecting pipe-exhaust duct and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The cleaning process is to cut off the outlet air duct of the chamber first, so that the bag in the chamber is in a state of no air flow through (the chamber stops the air to clear the dust). Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air to clean the dust by pulse injection. The closing time of the cut-off valve is enough to ensure the dust from the filter bag to settle to the ash hopper after injection, which avoids the phenomenon that the dust gathers to the adjacent filter bag surface after it is separated from the filter bag surface. The filter bag is cleaned thoroughly, and the exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash unloading valve are controlled automatically by programmable controller. Dusty gas enters through the air inlet. When passing through the ash hopper, some large particles of dust in the gas are separated by inertia force and gravity, and fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. Dusty gas enters the filter bag filter area of the middle box after passing through the dust bucket. The gas passes through the filter bag, and the dust is blocked on the outside surface of the filter bag. After the purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag mouth, it is discharged from the outlet.
