Raymond mill operation process

Before starting Raymond mill in Raymond grinding workshop, it is necessary to check whether all repair doors are closed tightly, check whether the jaw gap of the crusher meets the feed size size, and adjust the speed of the analyzer to reach the approximate product size. Finally, press in order to boot.

1. Start the bucket elevator;

2. Start the jaw crusher;

3. Start the analyzer after the material is stored in the warehouse;

4. Start up the blower (no load start, load after normal operation);

5. Start the main machine of Raymond mill and start the electromagnetic vibration feeder immediately after starting the main machine.

At this time, Raymond mill grinding work will begin.

The operation sequence of Raymond mill is simple as follows: start-up: hoist crusher,analyzer fan, main engine feeder. When the Raymond Mill stops, the machines should be shut down in the following order:

1. Close the feeder first and stop feeding;

2. Stop the host after about one minute;

3. Stop the blower after blowing off the remaining powder;

4. Close the analyzer at last.

Raymond mill shutdown sequence is: feeder, main engine, blower analyzer.

Note: After the hoist transports a certain amount of material to the warehouse, it stops the crusher first and then stops the hoisting. This should be changed by the current storage.

Raymond mill is not allowed to refuel at will in normal operation. To ensure production safety, abnormal noise in any part of the mill or sudden increase in load should be stopped immediately for inspection, troubleshooting, in order to avoid major accidents. It is necessary to take out the surplus material of the mill when the mill continues to start, otherwise the current will be too large when the mill starts, which will affect the start-up.
