Hammer crusher is a kind of equipment for crushing materials in the form of impact, which is divided into single rotor and double rotor. 1. Shell

The shell of hammer crusher is composed of lower body, rear upper cover, left side wall and right side wall, and each part is connected as a whole by bolts. A feeding port is arranged at the upper part, and the inner wall of the shell is inlaid with high manganese steel lining plate, so as to facilitate the replacement of the lining plate after wear. The lower body is welded with carbon structural steel plate. In order to place the bearing support rotor on both sides, the bearing support is welded with high manganese steel. The lower part of the shell can be directly fixed on the concrete with foundation bolts, and the rear upper cover, left side wall and right side wall of the shell are all welded with carbon structural steel plates. There is no protective measures between the casing and the shaft for ash leakage. In order to prevent ash leakage, the shaft seal is set at any part of the casing where it contacts the shaft. In order to facilitate maintenance, adjustment and replacement of grate bars and hammerheads, the lower body and both sides of the wall are provided with access holes.

2. Rotor

The rotor is the main working part of the hammer crusher. The rotor is composed of the main shaft, hammer plate, pin shaft, hammer head, etc. there are evenly distributed pin holes on the disk. The hammer head is hung by the pin shaft. In order to prevent the axial movement of the disk and hammer head, the locking nuts are used to fix the two ends of the pin shaft. The rotor is supported on two rolling bearings, the bearings are fixed on the bearings of the lower body by bolts, and two locating pins are fixed on the center distance of the bearings. In order to make the rotor store a certain amount of kinetic energy in motion, to reduce the peak load of the motor and the wear of the hammer head, a flywheel is specially installed at one end of the main shaft.

3. Spindle

The spindle is the most important part of the hammer crusher to support the rotor. The weight and impact force of the rotor and hammer head are all borne by it. Therefore, the material of the main shaft needs to have high toughness and strength. The material of the main shaft is made of high-quality alloy steel, which is processed by ultrasonic flaw detection for quality control. The hammer plate of hammer crusher is used to hang the hammer head. In the operation of hammer crusher, the hammer plate will inevitably be impacted and abraded by the ore, so the hammer plate must have certain wear resistance. The high speed steel carburizing heat treatment is adopted for the hammer plate and hammer hole to improve its wear resistance.

4. Hammer head

Hammer head is the most important working part of hammer crusher. The quality, shape and material of hammer head determine the production capacity of hammer crusher. The size of kinetic energy of hammer head is in direct proportion to the weight of hammer head. The heavier the hammer head, the greater the kinetic energy, the higher the crushing efficiency. The hammer head has a complete range of weight types. The minimum hammer head is 15kg, and the maximum hammer head can reach 298kg. 5. Lining plate and striking plate
