The finished product of the sand and gravel production line includes both smaller sand and larger stone. 1. Screen control particle size: Polyurethane material square mesh screen can be used for the screen of coarse aggregate. The size of the mesh is divided into 5mm, 10mm, 20mm, 40mm, 80mm and other specifications according to the different aggregate gradation.In addition to the gravel inspection during the production process, centralized inspections are required every one month or every 20,000 to 30,000 cubic meters produced to ensure the integrity of the production equipment.

Multi-layer circular vibrating screens are generally used in water conservancy and hydropower projects for screening and grading. In small projects, because of the small amount of use, drum screens can be used for separate production as needed.

2. Screen impurity removal: Strictly control the inclination angle of the screen and the amount of raw materials to be screened, and equip it with a reliable and stable washing system. The arrangement of the spray holes should be uniform, and the water pressure should be adjusted to an appropriate pressure during flushing. The purpose is to keep the water evenly covering the entire screen and keep the screen tools clean at all times.
