Its energy consumption is low and the power consumption of grinding system is 20%-30% lower than that of ball mill. With the increase of moisture content of raw materials, the effect of energy saving is more obvious. The energy consumption of the ultra-fine powder mill system is reduced by 30% to 40% compared with the ball mill system. In the work, there is no metal impact sound of steel balls colliding with each other and striking the lining plate in the ball mill, so the noise is low, 20-25 dB lower than that of the ball mill. In addition, the vertical mill is totally closed, and the system works under negative pressure without dust and clean environment.
Ultra-fine grinder uses hot air to convey materials. When grinding materials with high moisture content, the inlet air temperature can be controlled so that the final moisture of the product can meet the requirements. In the ultra-fine powder mill, it can be dried - grinding and grinding materials with moisture up to 15% - 20%.
