The process of Calcium carbonate grinding mill

1.Crushing of heavy calcium carbonate raw materials (calcite, marble, limestone)

Large pieces of calcite, marble, and limestone are transported by special vehicles to the raw material warehouse. The forklift/manually delivers the material to the jaw crusher for crushing and crushing to less than the 4R Raymond machine feed size (15-30mm).

2.calcite, marble, limestone feedstock

The calcite, marble and limestone crushed by the crusher are lifted by the hoist to the storage hopper, and the storage hopper is discharged and fed to the main machine evenly by the feeder.

3.Grinding mill for grinding

After the calcite, marble and limestone enter the 4R Raymond machine, the products that have passed the grinding are screened by the screening system and then enter the collector by the pipeline. The collected calcite, marble and limestone fine powder are discharged through the discharge valve, which is the finished product. The powder falls into the 4R Raymond machine and is regrind.

4.Finished product collection

The calcite, marble, and limestone powder are connected to the pulse dust collector through the ventilation pipe connected to the mill. The produced heavy calcium carbonate powder enters the powder collector and waits for packaging. The airflow purified by pulse dust collection flows into the blower through the residual air duct above the dust collector, and the air path is circulated. Except that the blower is positive pressure to the grinding chamber, the airflow in the other pipelines flows under negative pressure, and the indoor sanitary condition better.
