Dolomite crushing process

Dolomite crushing plant equipment is relatively simple, including jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating feeder, circular vibrating screen, belt conveyor, etc.

Dolomite crushing plant process

The process of dolomite crushing plant generally goes through two stages of coarse crushing and medium and fine crushing. The specific process steps are as follows:

1. Coarse crushing: the large dolomite materials after blasting and mining are uniformly sent by the vibrating feeder to the jaw crusher for preliminary crushing, and then rationally screened by the circular vibrating screen, and the unqualified stones are returned to the jaw crusher for re-processing. broken;

2. Medium and fine crushing: The dolomite crushed material that is screened and qualified is sent to the impact crusher in a quantitative and orderly manner under the action of the belt conveyor.

The same is screened by the vibrating screen, the stones with too large particle size are returned to the impact crusher to continue crushing, and the stones that meet the conditions will be transported to the finished material area.
